Feng Shui is a Chinese geomantic practice in which a chosen or configured structure harmonizes with the spiritual forces that inhabit it. It plays a large role in housing, with the way the house should be built and how items and furniture are placed. This has lead to several lawsuits over the past years.

One larger lawsuit took place on April 10, 2019, when a Chinese blogger filed a lawsuit against the Zaha Hadid Architects were bringing bad luck to the tenants of their building. He ended up losing the lawsuit and had to pay $30,000 as a result.
